Admission Process
At Darwin Public School, we aim to make the admission process as smooth and transparent as possible for parents.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to our process:

Fill Out the Online Application Form
Start by filling out the online application form and paying the non-refundable application fee of INR 1,500. You can also register for a discovery tour event , a key step to understanding our school better. -
Attend an Admissions Open House
Participation in the discovery tour event is an essential part of the process. During this session, parents and prospective students get an in-depth look at our school’s philosophy, programs, and campus facilities. If you have already applied for admission, you will be prompted to select a date and time for the event. -
Interaction with Leadership Team
After attending the Open House, parents and the child will be invited for an interaction session with our leadership team, either virtually or in person. This session helps us learn more about your child's needs and answer any remaining questions you may have. -
Admission Decision and Confirmation
Following the interaction, the admission decision will be communicated to you. Upon acceptance, parents will need to submit the required documents and complete the fee payment to confirm the admission.
Note:
- Families who are already part of the Darwin Public School community are not required to attend the Admissions Open House and will be scheduled for a direct interaction instead.
- Admission decisions are based on the personal interaction with parents and the child.
Eligibility Criteria
To join the Montessori program at Darwin Public School, your child should be at least 3 years old by the start of the next semester in March or September. Admissions are limited due to our small class sizes, and early registration is recommended to secure a spot. For admissions to other classes, we accept new students in March, depending on the availability of seats. Enquiries are kept on file for one year, and if vacancies arise, we will invite parents to proceed with the registration process.
Fees
The fee structure varies depending on the grade level and the program chosen. For a detailed breakdown of our fees, please fill in the form below to request for the fee structure.- The application fee of INR 1,500/- includes participation in the Discovery Tour and an interaction with our leadership team.
- If you are unable to attend the Open House and interaction on your chosen date, please notify the school in advance. We will provide an alternative slot at a later date and time. You may reschedule your Open House and interaction only once.
- If you miss the Open House or interaction and do not inform us of a reschedule within 7 days you will need to submit a new application form.
- Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
